What can I use my AIR MILES Reward Miles for?
You can use your AIR MILES Cash Miles to get Free* Fuel, Car Wash and in-store purchases (tobacco products are excluded) at participating Shell locations. You can use your AIR MILES RDream Miles on flights, car rentals, hotels, merchandise, entertainment, and much more. Where else can I get AIR MILES reward miles?
In addition to getting Miles for shopping at Shell, Collectors can get AIR MILES by presenting their AIR MILES Card every time they make qualifying purchases at Participating Partners. How can I get AIR MILES Reward Miles faster?
Collectors have the opportunity to get AIR MILES Reward Miles twice when they use their Shell AIR MILES MasterCard from BMO or other AIR MILES credit card for purchases at participating AIR MILES Partners.
Collectors will get Reward Miles according to the Partner’s offer when they show their AIR MILES Card as well as Reward Miles for their AIR MILES credit card purchases according to the credit card offer.
Depending on the card chosen, Collectors can get 1 reward mile for every $15, $20 or $40 of purchases made on the credit card.
Where can I see my AIR MILES account and information on the Miles I’ve got?
You can view your AIR MILES account on-line by visiting the AIR MILES Reward Program website.
My AIR MILES Bonus Miles from Shell did not appear in my account. What happened?
There can be up to a three-month lag before reward miles appears in your account. If the reward miles have still not appeared after 3 months, please contact Shell’s Customer Service for support at 1-800-661-1600 or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I obtain additional AIR MILES cards?
To order additional or replacement Collector cards, visit the AIR MILES Reward Program website. Supplementary Collector cards under the same name as the Primary Collector are free.
Do I need my AIR MILES Card in order to get Reward Miles?
Yes. In order to get AIR MILES Reward Miles, you must present your AIR MILES Card at time of purchase. Shell is unable to award Reward Miles on previous purchases.
I have a Shell Fuel / Car Wash Gift Certificate that I redeemed for. Is it still valid?
Yes, you can still use gift certificates at any participating Shell Location.
