One of the main things that I have noticed while working here is that you are always encouraged to try new things and take on new and different projects. Even if you are highly skilled in one area, they will give you projects that are different just so you can become knowledgeable in several different aspects of the business.
I was part of the Supply Chain Management and Equipment Maintenance department and during my time here I worked on a number of diverse projects, from creating programs and writing manuals to renewing contracts and creating reports. I am very grateful I was given the opportunity to work in such diverse aspects of the business because is has allowed me to have a better understanding of which area I would like to work in full time.
