• Initial conversation with Qualification Specialist and completion of an application form.
• Financial profile is reviewed and a face-to-face meeting is scheduled.
• During the face-to-face meeting, the concept and the offer are discussed
  and further assessment is completed. Instructions are given to establish a Business Plan.
• Successful potential Business Operators are presented to a Shell Selection Panel.
• If selected, a Cluster Offer is presented by Shell.
• Contract execution, training and sites transition.
• This process is typically completed within 60 to 90 days.
