For purposes of voting, a “day” shall be defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

Once the relevant Voting Period ends, Participants with the highest number of votes in each Grant level, 8 grants at $25,000, 4 grants at $50,000 and 2 grants at $100,000 will be deemed a Grant recipient. The grant amount received will be based on the grant amount applied for by the participant in one of the three categories of Air, Land and Water.
If there is a tie among Participants within a Grant level, the Program Administrator, in its sole and absolute discretion, will review the tied Applications and will break the tie based on the Application that first in time received the highest number of votes during the Voting Period. Votes can only be cast for the environmental projects listed on the Website by participating organizations. Votes can be split among different applications.
