How do I become an AIR MILES Collector?
To obtain your free AIR MILES membership, call 1-888-AIR MILES (1-888-247-6453) or enrol online - opens in new window so you can start collecting reward miles from Shell and other sponsors. If you enrol online, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to receive your Collector Kit and card. If you would like to receive your Collector number immediately, call the AIR MILES service centre at 1-888-AIR MILES (1-888-247-6453). The service centre is open Monday-Friday 8 am - 9:00 PM your local time, Saturdays 9 am - 6:00 pm EST).

Can I earn AIR MILES reward miles on Oil Change Services?
Yes, oil change purchases (including filter) are eligible for AIR MILES reward miles. Reward miles are awarded as follows:

Service bay repairs are not eligible for AIR MILES reward miles.

What can I redeem my AIR MILES reward miles for?
You can redeem AIR MILES reward miles for flights, car rentals, hotels, merchandise, entertainment, and much more. Rewards start at just 25 reward miles. Here is just a sample of some of the great Rewards you can redeem your AIR MILES reward miles for:

Where can I collect AIR MILES reward miles?
There are over 130 Participating Sponsors in the AIR MILES Reward Program, allowing you to collect reward miles faster than any other loyalty program! To name just a few, you can collect reward miles at:

- Safeway
- BMO Bank of Montreal
- RONA

How can I collect AIR MILES reward miles faster?
Collectors have the opportunity to "double-dip" when they use their Shell AIR MILES MasterCard from BMO or American Express AIR MILES credit card for purchases at Participating AIR MILES Reward Program Sponsors. Collectors will earn reward miles according to the Sponsor's offer as well as reward miles for their purchases on their AIR MILES credit card. Depending on the card chosen, Collectors can earn 1 reward mile for every $15, $20 or $40 of purchases made on the credit card. Plus, shop at as many Sponsors as possible to earn AIR MILES reward miles on all your purchases. With over 130 Participating Sponsors, it’s easy to collect reward miles. How do I read my Quarterly Account Summary?
Your Quarterly Account Summary provides you with lots of information about your recent transactions, redemptions, AIR MILES Account Balance, Sponsors you’ve shopped at, and more. Included in your Account Summary are special Bonus offers and information about various Sponsors.
My Bonus AIR MILES reward miles from Shell did not appear on my statement. What happened?
If you have concerns about your AIR MILES for the Shell transactions on the statement, depending on the type of promotion. There can be up to a three-month lag before reward miles appear on your statement. If the reward miles have still not appeared on your next statement, please contact Shell Helps at 1-800-661-1600 or e-mail Shell at retailservices@shell.com.
How can I obtain additional AIR MILES Collector cards?
The easiest way to order additional or replacement Collector cards is to visit the AIR MILES Reward Program - opens in new window website. Just log on, click on “My Account” and select “Order Cards”. Alternatively, you can call 1-888-AIR MILES (1-888-247-6453) to order through a customer care specialist. Supplementary Collector cards under the same name as the Primary Collector are free.
Do I need my AIR MILES Collector card in order to receive reward miles?
Yes. In order to receive AIR MILES reward miles, you must present your Collector card at time of purchase. AIR MILES reward miles cannot be awarded if a verbal or written quote of the AIR MILES Collector number is given. Shell is unable to award reward miles on previous purchases.
