The Shell Graduate Program
In the Corporate Functions area of the Shell Graduate Program, you'll take part in a three-year development program that includes two job rotations. From day one, you will sit in an actual job as part of a team that delivers the specialist advice that enables Shell to operate as a highly competitive global business. As an HR Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to be part of real projects that shape our Shell people strategies, while developing your skillset in order to become one of our game changers.
