The Banff Centre
The Indigenous Leadership Programs are rooted in Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing while utilizing innovation and creativity to shape the learning environment.
These programs offer Leaders an opportunity to gain skills and knowledge to build resilient and revitalized Indigenous communities and organizations. By attending the Indigenous Leadership Programs, Leaders take back the learnings to their own communities about negotiating with industry or government, set strategic direction, measure performance and establish economic values as they align with reconciliation and wise practices.
Shell Canada and Banff Centre have been partners for over 40 years. Shell’s continued support provides scholarships to Indigenous communities near Shell’s operations.
