Canadian Mobility Services Limited to purchase 56 retail fuel sites in Western Canada from Empire Company Limited
Canadian Mobility Services Limited (CMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell Canada Limited, has signed an agreement with Empire Company Limited through its subsidiary Sobeys Capital Incorporated (Sobeys) to purchase 56 fuel and convenience retail sites that are co-located with grocery stores of Sobeys and its affiliates in Western Canada and into western Ontario.
The Government of British Columbia, Government of Canada and Shell announced the commitment of matching funding towards the B.C. Centre for Innovation and Clean Energy.
