Women's Perspective

Female leaders at Shell are leading the way to a more diverse, empathetic, and inclusive organization. Their efforts today are changing perceptions about females in leadership and STEM roles. We feel that a diverse and inclusive environment is the key to attracting and retaining talent.

Shell is committed to gender equality, and has increased female representation on our Board from 25% to 46% over the past 6 years. This is progress, but we want to accelerate the process. To do this requires education, engagement and awareness across the organization.
