Accessible Fueling

Refuelling for drivers with disabilities is one of the biggest challenges, so Shell has joined forces with fuelService to offer assistance with refuelling.

This service enables drivers to ask participating Shell stations for help before they go. You can have the confidence of knowing someone will be available to assist you upon arrival. For an overview of how it works, please see the details below.

Use the app to locate your nearest participating Shell Service Station.

Step 1 - Check the website

Step 2 - Call before you go

Find the phone number and the station code from the website and then call to check they can help you, before you make the journey.

Step 3 - Call when you arrive

Use the phone number and the station code on the posters at the Service Station, to let the staff know you have arrived.

Step 4 - Choose how to pay

Pay with Shell EasyPay™ in the Shell app, tap enabled card, or cash.
