NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Shell Fleet Navigator Driver I Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Shell Canada Products (the “Sponsor”). Scene Limited Partnership. (“Scene LP”) is in no way connected to the management of this Contest or the verification of winners. All inquiries regarding the Contest should be directed to the Sponsor or the independent contest organization acting on behalf of the Sponsor. The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 28, 2027 (the “Contest Period”). Participants must upload their receipt (see rule 3.i) and/or submit their no purchase entry (see rule 3.ii) by March 15, 2027 (the “Grace Date”).

1. AGREEMENT. By participating in the Contest, each entrant acknowledges compliance with and agrees to be legally bound by these official rules of the Contest (“Rules”), which are available online at Shell.ca/NavigatorDrivers (“Website”), including without limitation all eligibility requirements, and understands that the Sponsor’s decisions in connection with the Contest are final and binding in all respects. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Entrants who do not comply with any of the Rules are subject to disqualification by the Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible for a chance to win, an entrant must (a) be a legal resident of Canada who has reached the age of majority at time of entry in the province or territory in which they reside, (b) be a registered member of the Scene+^® program with a valid Scene+ membership account (“Scene+ Account”) in good standing, (c) use an active Shell Fleet Navigator card for the eligible fuel purchase at time of entry or for the “Without Purchase” entry (see rule 3.ii), (d) register for a Promotion profile at Shell.ca/NavigatorDrivers (the “Promotion Website”) for the Shell Fleet Navigator Driver Promotion and (e) not be an employee of the Sponsor or its affiliated legal entities or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the Independent Contest Organization (defined below), Scene LP, or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employee or not). In these Rules, “immediate family” means parents, siblings, children and/or legal or common-law spouse, and a Scene+ membership account in “good standing” means active, not cancelled, expired or suspended.

By enrolling in the Scene+ Program and/or your continued membership in the Scene+ Program, including if you keep your Scene+ Account open, earn or redeem Scene+ points in a Scene+ Account, individuals (“you”, “your”, “Member(s)”) agree that you have read and agree to the Scene+ Program’s Terms & Conditions (https://www.sceneplus.ca/terms-and-conditions

) and the Scene+ Privacy Policy (https://www.sceneplus.ca/privacy), and understand that Scene LP may use your personal information for the purpose of providing the Scene+ Program and its benefits, which includes the sharing of your personal information with third parties (such as service providers, Reward Partners and the Owners of the Scene+ Program) to operate and maintain the Program and for marketing and analytics purposes. For purposes hereof, the entrant is the individual under whose name the Scene+ Account has been registered, and this is the individual to whom the Prize will be awarded if they are selected and declared a winner

3. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:

i. REGISTRATION: To enter the Contest, register for a free Shell Fleet Navigator Driver profile (the “Promotion Profile”) by visiting the Promotion Website (defined above) and completing the registration form (the “Registration”) with your full name, email address, province of residence, postal code, phone number, company you drive for, and your registered Scene+ card/account number. Next, click the checkbox if you would like to receive promotional offers and updates from the Sponsor (optional), accept the terms and conditions of the Promotion, confirm acceptance of these Official Rules and that you would like to participate in the Contest, and click submit to register for the Program. A person may only use one (1) email address and one (1) Scene+ account number during the Contest Period.

ii. EARNING ENTRIES: There are two (2) ways to earn Entries:

A. With Purchase: During the Contest Period and only after one (1) business day has elapsed following registration on the Promotion Website for a Promotion Profile (see above), visit a participating Shell station (excluding Flying J locations) within Canada, make a purchase of 45L or more of Shell fuel (all grades of fuel) (an “Eligible Fuel Purchase”), and at the time of payment (the “Transaction”), use your Shell Fleet Navigator membership card and your registered Scene+ card/account associated with your Promotion Profile. Next, sign in to your Promotion Profile and, by the Grace Date, upload your qualifying Transaction with receipt (the “Receipt”). Upon completion, you will receive one (1) entry per Receipt upload into the Contest (a “Purchase Entry”), subject to the entry limit below.

Each qualifying Transaction with Receipt may only be submitted once during the Contest Period. A maximum of one (1) Purchase Entry will be awarded for each qualifying Transaction with Receipt submitted, regardless of the number of qualifying fuel purchases reflected on that receipt. You can upload several Receipts on any given day during the Promotion Period; however, there is a limit of one (1) Entry every 24 hours based on the date detailed on your Receipt and the Receipt must be dated at least one (1) business day following the date and time of Registration. PLEASE NOTE: Registration must be completed at least one (1) business day prior to the date and time indicated on the Receipt for the Eligible Fuel Purchase Transaction otherwise the Receipt will not qualify and the Entrant will not receive an entry for the submitted Receipt. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to ensure the correct Scene+ number is entered during Registration otherwise the Participant will not qualify, and the Participant will not receive the applicable Entry, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

B. Without Purchase: To obtain an Entry without making a purchase, during the Contest Period, you may send a “free” Entry request on a plain piece of paper with your handwritten-print full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including area code), valid email address, company you drive for, Scene+ card number, the mail-out date, a minimum 50-word essay on “Why Shell is my preferred brand”, and mail it (in a separate sealed envelope with sufficient Canadian postage) to Shell Fleet Driver Contest, Dept. 4654, Box 9500 Lakeshore West PO, Oakville ON, L6K 0G4 (a “Mail-in Entry”). A Mail-In Entry must be post-marked during the Contest Period and received prior to the Grace Date (defined below). Mail-in Entry must be unique and must be received in a separate sealed envelope with sufficient Canadian postage (multiple Mail-In Entries in the same envelope are not permitted and will be void). No photocopies or other mechanical reproductions of Mail-In Entry requests permitted; each request must be unique, original and hand-written. The Releasees (defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, late or illegible Mail-In Entries (all of which are void).

Purchase Entries and Mail-in Entries are each referred to as an “Entry” and are both referred to as “Entries”. Limit of one Entry per person per day during the Contest Period regardless of method of entry. A “day” refers to the date indicated on the Receipt for With Purchase Entries and refers to the Mail-Out date indicated for No Purchase Entries. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered in a fashion not sanctioned by these Official Rules, the entrant will be disqualified, and all the Entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified. The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete entries, which will be void. FOR GREATER CERTAINTY: Please allow up to one (1) business day from the date of Registration for enrollment to be processed. Qualifying transactions completed prior to a successful Registration are not eligible for an entry into the Contest, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Use of a valid Scene+ membership card/account in good standing and an active Shell Fleet Navigator card must occur at the time of the Transaction.

OBTAINING A SHELL FLEET NAVIGATOR CARD: Participation in the Promotion and/or Contest requires use of a Shell Fleet Navigator card. If your company does not currently have a Shell Fleet Navigator account, it may initiate the account application process by visiting Shell.ca/FleetCards and submitting a request. Shell Fleet Navigator is a credit product, and all account applications are subject to eligibility review and approval. Approval is not guaranteed.

4. PRIZES: There are three (3) Prizes available to be won, each consisting of a trip for two (2) people (the winner and one (1) guest (the “Travel Guest”)) to a VIP Race Experience in Montréal, QC being held between May 21, 2027, to May 23, 2027 (the “Event”). Prize includes: return economy airfare for the winner and their Travel Guest departing from the Canadian international airport closest to the winner’s residence (the “Departure Point”) to Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (airline and flight itinerary to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion); four (4) nights’ standard accommodation in Montréal, QC, with check-in on May 20, 2027 and check-out on May 24, 2027, in a four-star hotel based on a single room, double occupancy as determined and selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion; two (2) seats at the Event (seating locations to be determined by the Sponsor); Race Day shuttle transportation between the hotel and the Event; Pit/Garage tour** for winner and Travel Guest and $500.00 (CDN) spending money issued in the form of a prepaid gift card. The total approximate retail value of each Prize is $26,765 (CDN) based on a Vancouver, BC departure example. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary depending on the actual city of departure. No difference between the actual and approximate retail values will be awarded. PLEASE NOTE: If the winner resides 250 KM or less outside Montréal, QC, ground transportation may be substituted for return economy airfare transportation in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In such cases, no further or alternative prizing or compensation will be provided. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Prize: (i) The winner and their Travel Guest must travel on the same itinerary; (ii) The winner and their Travel Guest must have the appropriate identification required for airport check-in and will be responsible for any travel documents, including a valid passport (if applicable) at their own expense. No compensation will be made if the trip is cancelled due to failure to obtain necessary travel documents; (iii) The costs of everything not specifically stated above as included in the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and their Travel Guest including without limitation: transportation to and from the winner’s and/or Travel Guest’s residence to and from the departure airport; transportation while in Montréal, QC; meals and drinks; gratuities; entertainment, except as provided above; insurance; items of a personal nature (NOTE: the winner may be required to present a valid major credit card in the winner’s name at the time of hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses); (iv) The Travel Guest (or their parent/legal guardian if they are under the age of majority) must sign and return the Sponsor’s release (by the date indicated on the release form) indicating (among other things) that they waive all recourse against the Releasees (as defined below) relating to their participation in the Prize (including, without limitation, any travel related thereto); (v) There are no deviations as to travel allowed (i.e. length of stay, number of guests, flight stopovers, travel dates, etc.).; (vi) Due to the nature of the Prize, the winner and their Travel Guest must be available to travel on the dates selected by the Sponsor or the Prize will be forfeited and no alternate dates or prizes will be provided; (vii) If a winner (and/or their Travel Guest) do not utilize any part(s) of the Prize or is unable to participate in the trip after the trip has been booked for any reason whatsoever, then any such part(s) not utilized will be forfeited in their entirety and nothing will be substituted in their place; (viii) All travel arrangements relating to the Prize must be made through the Sponsor and travel arrangements must be made at least 30 days prior to departure; (ix) The Releasees are not responsible if for any reason whatsoever if the Event is cancelled, delayed or rescheduled

** Please note that if the Travel Guest is under 18 years of age at time of travel, they will not be eligible to participate in the Pit/Garage tour portion of a Prize and nothing will be substituted in its place. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Pit/Garage tour portion of a Prize.

The total approximate retail value for all three (3) Prizes is $80,295 (CDN).

Limit of one (1) Prize per person during the Contest Period. Only three (3) Prizes will be awarded.

Without limiting the generality of any other terms set out in these Rules, the following general conditions apply to each Prize: (i) all characteristics and features of a Prize, except as otherwise explicitly stated above, will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; (ii) the Prize must be accepted as awarded, without substitution, and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (unless as may be specifically permitted by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (iii) a Prize has no cash surrender value; (iv) each component of a Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable issuer, supplier, or service provider; (v) the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, but has no obligation, to substitute, modify, or replace a Prize or any component thereof with a prize or component of equal or greater value, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, in the event that a Prize cannot be awarded as described due to unavailability, cancellation, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, without any liability whatsoever; (vi) if the confirmed winner does not utilize any part(s) of a Prize, then any such part(s) not utilized may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be forfeited in their entirety and, if forfeited, nothing will be substituted in their place; (vii) by accepting a Prize, each confirmed winner and their Travel Guest agree to waive all recourse against the Releasees if the Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part; and (viii) the winner and their Travel Guest is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.

5. PRIZE DRAW & ODDS: A random draw will be held on March 18, 2027 (the “Draw Date”) at approximately 10:00 AM ET in Oakville, ON from among all eligible Entries received by the Contest Closing Date. Odds of being selected for a Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. The selected entrants will be contacted by the Sponsor via email within two (2) business days of the Draw Date. Sponsor will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the selected entrant. If a selected entrant (a) cannot be reached by email and does not respond within two (2) business days of being contacted; (b) fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question (see rule 6); (c) fails to properly complete and/or execute the Release Form within the specified time (see rule 6); or (d) is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize as awarded in full for any reason, then the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entrant may, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be randomly selected until such time as contact is made by email with a selected entrant or there are no more eligible Entries, whichever comes first. It is the entrants’ responsibility to ensure that their information (including a valid email address) associated with their Shell Fleet Navigator membership is up to date. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant. Each selected entrant is subject to verification of eligibility by the Sponsor and compliance with the Rules before receiving a Prize, and the Sponsor’s decisions in this regard are final and binding.

6. CONFIRMATION OF WINNERS: In order to be confirmed a winner, the selected entrant must: (a) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered by way of email, telephone, in the Release Form, or any other manner), and (b) complete a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) confirming compliance with the Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded, without substitution, and releasing the Sponsor, Scene LP, the Independent Contest Organization and their respective affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with a Prize or this Contest. The Release Form must be completed and submitted within the time period specified on the Release Form or the Prize may be forfeited. Failure of the Travel Guest to return their Release Form will result in the Travel Guest being disqualified from participation in the Prize. Upon receipt and verification, the winners will be contacted by the Sponsor to begin coordination and fulfilment of their Prize.

If for any reason a selected entrant does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Rules, and/or does not or cannot accept a Prize, the selected entrant will be disqualified and deemed to have forfeited any claim to the Prize, and the Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, select another potential winner from the eligible Entries until such time as a selected entrant satisfies the terms set out herein. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure, for any reason whatsoever, of a selected entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsor to receive a selected entrant’s response.

Except as otherwise indicated by the Sponsor, the winner must take delivery of a Prize as instructed by the Sponsor. Bookings and other arrangements are the sole responsibility of the winner and Prizes are subject to availability of hotel accommodation, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, and other restrictions and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the winner and their Travel Guest to obtain all necessary travel documentation. It is recommended that the winner and their Travel Guest obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure, which is the sole responsibility of the winner and Travel Guest.

If the identity of a selected entrant is disputed, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the entrant identified in the Entry records maintained by the Sponsor, subject to the Sponsor’s right to require proof of identity, authority and eligibility, in each case in a form acceptable to the Sponsor.

For greater certainty, the selected entrant must sign the Release Form to: (i) confirm their eligibility for the Contest and compliance with these Rules; (ii) confirm their acceptance of a Prize as offered; (iii) release, discharge and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all manner of action, cause of action, claim or demand, loss or injury, use or misuse of the Prize or any travel related thereto, and the use of entries by the Sponsor, suit, debt, covenant, contract, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach, failure of any third-party contractor or supplier used in connection with any aspect of the Contest to perform or deliver any goods or services, any act of God or any other event beyond the Releasees’ control, any dissatisfaction of any kind by a selected entrant with any aspect of the Contest or the Prize, liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the selected entrant, their guest(s), heirs, successors or assigns have, might have or could have suffered, by reason of or arising out of the selected entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the selected entrant of a Prize as awarded; (iv) indemnify the Releasees from and against any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any element of a Prize (if received), participation in the Contest, any breach of the Rules, or in any Prize-related activity; and (v) grant to the Sponsor the right, each in their respective discretion, to produce, reproduce, publish, broadcast, communicate by telecommunication, exhibit, distribute, adapt and otherwise use or re-use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, and biography, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in connection with the Contest and the promotion and exploitation thereof.

The Travel Guest must also complete a guest Release form. Failure of the Travel Guest to return their Release Form will result in the Travel Guest being disqualified from participation in a Prize. In the event the Travel Guest has not reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence (the “Minor”), the selected entrant must be the parent/legal guardian of the aforementioned Minor and must complete the guest Release Form on the Minor’s behalf.

7. INDEMNIFICATION: By entering the Contest, each entrant releases and holds Releasees harmless from and against any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any element of a Prize (if won), participation in the Contest, any breach of the Rules, or in any Prize-related activity (if won). Each entrant agrees to fully indemnify the Releasees from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Contest, without limitation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Neither the Sponsor nor Scene LP assumes any responsibility or liability whatsoever for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry information that may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest or be awarded a Prize, including but not limited to human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries for any reason, mail failures, omission, or any combination thereof, and entries that fail to fully comply with these Rules; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) lost, incomplete, delayed, mutilated or misdirected entries or releases; (iv) injury or damage to entrants’ computers or to any other individual’s computer related to or resulting from participating in, or downloading any material regarding the Contest or accepting a Prize; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize, including any related travel and the use of entries by Sponsor; (vi) the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third-party computer hackers or otherwise; or (vii) late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a selected entrant.

9. GENERAL:

(a)The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Contest or to amend the Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest and conduct a draw from all previously received eligible Entries. The Sponsor and the Independent Contest Organization shall not be held responsible for any problems, errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest.

(b)Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed or otherwise illicit means to enter the Contest, or any other methods not authorized by the Rules, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify an entrant from entering, participating and/or winning a prize. Entries that contain false or incomplete information are automatically void. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Rules are automatically void. Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive license to use all entries for any purpose. No correspondence will be entered into except with Selected Entrants. Proof of transmission (for example, screenshots or captures) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an entry.

(c)Without limiting the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be: (i) violating the Rules; (ii) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest and/or the Website in any manner or form; and/or (iii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

10. PUBLICITY: By entering the Contest, each winner consents to the use of their name, address (city and province/territory), postal code, voice, photograph and/or likeness without further remuneration, in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed throughout the world in perpetuity, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor or Scene LP with this Contest.

11. LAW: To the extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, the Sponsor or any of the other Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) the Rules or relating to the Contest.

PRIVACY: At the time of entry of the Contest, each entrant will consent both to, the Sponsor’s manner of collection, use and disclosure of their Personal Information for such purposes and in accordance to the Sponsor’s privacy statement (available at: https://www.shell.ca/en_ca/privacy.html.) and Scene LP’s manner of collection, use and disclosure of their Personal Information (see rule 2 and the Scene+ Privacy Policy available at https://www.sceneplus.ca/privacy

).). Personal information collected from entrants as part of the entrant’s participation in the Contest, (collectively, “Personal Information”), will only be used by the Sponsor to administer the Contest in accordance with these Rules, and, only if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide the entrants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events from the Sponsor. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or Scene LP in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their Personal Information (including without limitation as occurs in connection with the Scene+ Program, the Shell Fleet Navigator program and the Contest Website). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and for greater certainty, by entering the Contest, each entrant consents to being contacted (including by email) by Sponsor for Contest-related purposes.

12. DISCREPANCY AND UNENFORCEABILITY: In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these English Rules and any disclosures or other Contest-related materials, including the French version of these Rules, the Contest Website, point of sale, or any advertising or communications (including abbreviated rules), the terms and conditions of these English Rules shall prevail, govern, and control to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any part of these Contest Rules is legally unenforceable or inapplicable, then that part will be deemed invalid; however, the remainder of these Contest Rules will otherwise continue to be legally binding. The Contest Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.

1. The Shell Fleet Navigator Driver Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Shell Canada Products (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion starts at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 15, 2026 and closes at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 28, 2027 (the “Promotion Closing Date”) or on a date as selected by the Sponsor (the “Promotion Period”). Participants must upload their receipt within fifteen (15) days of the Promotion Period close date (the “Grace Date”). Scene Limited Partnership. (“Scene LP”) is in no way connected to the management of this Promotion or the verification of Rewards. All inquiries regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor or the independent contest organization acting on behalf of the Sponsor.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you (a “Participant”) must (i) be a legal resident of Canada; (ii) have reached the age of majority at time of entry in the province/territory in which you reside; (iii) use an active Shell Fleet Navigator card for the eligible fuel purchase (see rule 3) (iv) be a registered member of the Scene+^® program with a valid Scene+ membership account during the Promotion Period in good standing (v) register for a Promotion profile at Shell.ca/NavigatorDriver (the “Promotion Website”) for the Shell Fleet Navigator Driver Promotion and (vi) not be an employee of the Sponsor or its affiliated legal entities or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the Independent Contest Organization (defined below), Scene LP, or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employee or not). In these Rules, “immediate family” means parents, siblings, children and/or legal or common-law spouse, and a Scene+ membership account in “good standing” means active, not cancelled, expired or suspended.
3. HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE PROMOTION: During the Promotion Period, you must first register for a Shell Fleet Navigator Driver Promotion profile (the “Promotion Profile”) by visiting the Promotion Website (defined above) and completing the registration form (the “Registration”) with your full name, email address, province of residence, postal code, phone number, company you drive for, and your registered Scene+ card/account number. Next, click the checkbox if you would like to receive promotional offer and updates from the Sponsor (optional), accept the terms and conditions of the Promotion, and click submit to register for the Promotion. PLEASE NOTE: Registration must be completed at least one (1) business day prior to the date and time indicated on the Receipt for the Eligible Fuel Purchase Transaction otherwise the Receipt will not qualify and the Participant will not receive the applicable Reward. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to ensure the correct Scene+ number is entered during Registration otherwise the Participant will not qualify, and the Participant will not receive the applicable Reward.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION & EARN BONUS SCENE+ POINTS: During the Promotion Period and only after one (1) business day has elapsed following registration on the Promotion Website for a Promotion Profile (see section 3), purchase 45L or more of Shell fuel (all grades of fuel) at any participating Shell Canada location (excluding Flying J locations) (“Eligible Fuel Purchase”) and at the time of payment (the “Transaction”), use your Shell Fleet Navigator card and your registered Scene+ card/account associated with your Promotion Profile. Next and upon Registration (outlined in section 3), click on the “upload your receipt button” to upload a photo of your receipt with your Eligible Fuel Purchase (“Receipt”). 500 bonus Scene+ Points will be added to your Shell Fleet Navigator Driver Promotion Profile dashboard for your first Transaction with Receipt upload during the Promotion Period, and 200 bonus Scene+ Points will be added to your Promotion Profile dashboard for each subsequent Transaction with Receipt upload (the “Reward”) during the Promotion Period. The Reward will automatically be credited to the Scene+ card/account number entered during Registration (see section 3) that was used during the Transaction. Limit of one (1) Reward per Transaction with Receipt per day based on the date detailed on your Receipt. A person may only use one (1) email address and one (1) registered Scene+ card/account number during the Promotion Period. A Transaction with Receipt may only be submitted once. For greater certainty: you will receive one (1) Reward per eligible Transaction with Receipt (as long as it meets the minimum purchase of 45L of Fuel), not per quantity of Liters purchased; for example, if you purchased 90L of Fuel in one (1) transaction, you would receive one (1) Reward. You can upload several Receipts on any given day during the Promotion Period; however, there is a limit of one (1) Reward every 24 hours based on the date detailed on your Receipt and the Receipt must be dated at least one (1) business day following the date and time of Registration. FOR GREATER CERTAINTY: Please allow up to one (1) business day from the date of Registration for enrollment to be processed and eligibility for the Reward to be activated. Qualifying transactions completed prior to a successful Registration are not eligible for bonus Scene+ points. Use of a valid Scene+ membership card/account in good standing and an active Shell Fleet Navigator card must occur at the time of the Transaction.
5. HOW TO EARN: Rewards may be tracked in your Promotion Profile and the Scene+ points will be automatically credited to your Scene+ Account associated with your Registration within five (5) business days of the qualifying Transaction. Rewards will only be visible on the Participant’s Promotion Profile dashboard upon uploading an eligible Receipt on the Promotion Website. Each Reward has no cash surrender value. Offer may be combined with other eligible bonus points offers unless otherwise specified. No coupon is required. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that a Reward cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another Reward or component of equal or greater value, without liability.
6. OBTAINING A SHELL FLEET NAVIGATOR CARD: Participation in the Promotion requires use of a Shell Fleet Navigator card. If your company does not currently have a Shell Fleet Navigator account, it may initiate the account application process by visiting Shell.ca/FleetCards and submitting a request. Shell Fleet Navigator is a credit product, and all account applications are subject to eligibility review and approval. Approval is not guaranteed.
7. HOW TO BECOME A SCENE+ MEMBER: If you do not already have a Scene+ Membership, you may register for free by visiting https://www.sceneplus.ca/register
   and following the instructions. By enrolling in the Scene+ Program and/or your continued membership in the Scene+ Program, including if you keep your Scene+ Account open, or earn or redeem Scene+ points in a Scene+ Account, individuals (“you”, “your”, “Member(s)”) agree that you have read and agree to the Scene+ Program’s Terms & Conditions (https://www.sceneplus.ca/terms-and-conditions
   ) and the Scene+ Privacy Policy (https://www.sceneplus.ca/privacy
   ), and understand that Scene LP may use your personal information for the purpose of providing the Scene+ Program and its benefits, which includes the sharing of your personal information with third parties (such as service providers, Reward Partners and the Owners of the Scene+ Program) to operate and maintain the Program and for marketing and analytics purposes. For purposes hereof, the participant is the individual under whose name the Scene+ Account has been registered.
8. CONTEST: To participate in the Contest, confirm acceptance of the Official Rules and confirm that you would like to participate in the Contest during Registration (see section 3). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 3 prizes available to be won, each consisting of a VIP Race Experience in Montréal, QC in May or June of 2027 including (i) round trip airfare for winner and guest (ii) 4 nights’ standard accommodation in Montréal, QC (iii) 2 seats at the Event (iv) Race Day shuttle transportation between the hotel and the Event; (v) Pit/Garage tour** (vi) and $500.00 (CDN) spending money. A random draw will take place at 10:00 AM ET in Oakville, ON March 18, 2027. Odds of being selected for a Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries validly received during the Contest Period. Correct answer to a mathematical skill testing question required.
9. By participating in the Promotion, you confirm compliance with these Terms and Conditions, acceptance of the applicable Reward without substitution, and releasing the Sponsor, Scene LP, its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents representatives, successors and assigns (the “Releasees”) from any and all direct or indirect liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Reward or this Promotion.
10. Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant from the Promotion who (i) tampers with, or attempts to tamper with, the participation process; (ii) the Promotion Website or (iii) violates any of these Official Terms and Conditions.
11. GENERAL: Each Participant must comply with these Terms and Conditions, and all Rewards are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as outlined above. The Sponsor reserves the right to make changes to, or terminate, this Promotion without limitation and at its sole discretion. The Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
12. By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
13. In the event it is determined that a Participant has acquired Rewards in a fashion not sanctioned by these Terms and Conditions or determined by the Sponsor, the Participant may be removed from the Promotion and will not be able to redeem their Rewards.
14. No correspondence will be entered into except with the Participants who have registered for a Promotion Profile. This Promotion is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial/territorial and municipal laws.
15. PRIVACY: At the time of Registration and Participation in the Promotion, each Participant will consent both to, the Sponsor’s manner of collection, use and disclosure of their Personal Information for such purposes and in accordance to the Sponsor’s privacy statement (available at: https://www.shell.ca/en_ca/privacy.html.) and Scene LP’s manner of collection, use and disclosure of their Personal Information (see section 8 and the Scene+ Privacy Policy available at https://www.sceneplus.ca/privacy
    ). Personal information collected from Participants as part of the Participant’s participation in the Promotion, (collectively, “Personal Information”), will only be used by the Sponsor to administer the Promotion in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, and, only if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide the entrants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events from the Sponsor. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their Personal Information (including without limitation as occurs in connection with the Shell Fleet Navigator Promotion and the Promotion Website). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and for greater certainty, by entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to being contacted (including by email) by Sponsor for Promotion-related purposes.
