Shell Go+ is a member only program that gives those that have qualified, access to special always-on benefits with a suite of offers across fuels and eligible non-fuel products, as well as contests, experiences and special bonus offers. All offers are communicated by AIR MILES® on behalf of Shell, via email only. Don’t miss out! Be sure that your contact information is correct on your AIR MILES® profile and that you’ve opted in to receive e-mails from AIR MILES®.

In addition to the regular AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ that you get on your purchase, Shell Go+ members also get:
- 2x your base Miles when you purchase 10L or more of Shell V-Power® Premium Fuels.
- 2x your base Miles when you purchase 20L or more of Shell Bronze/Regular, Shell Silver/Plus, or Shell Diesel fuels.
- 2x your base Miles when you spend $5 or more on car washes and eligible non-fuel products.
That’s not all! Shell Go+ members get even more exclusive benefits:
- Get 10 Bonus Miles when you redeem AIR MILES Cash during a transaction.
- Get 25 Bonus Miles on synthetic oil changes at Jiffy Lube.
- Get surprise bonus offers throughout the year.
- Make more memories with access to experiences, events, and contests.
What are considered Base Miles?

Shell’s everyday base offer consists of:
- 1 Base MileϮ for every 10L of Shell V-Power® Premium Fuels purchased within a transaction.
- 1 Base MileϮ for every 20L of Shell Bronze/Regular, Shell Silver/Plus, or Shell Diesel fuels purchased within a transaction.
- 1 Base MileϮ for every $5 spent on car washes and eligible non-fuel products in a single transaction (exclusions apply).*
Ϯ Maximum of 50 Base Miles in a 24-hour period
*Non-fuel purchase excludes: Tobacco products, all lottery tickets, all gift cards, prepaid credit cards, phone cards, any other goods or services specified from time to time or as excluded by law.
How do I qualify?

As of January 1, 2023, to qualify for Shell Go+ member benefits, simply download the Shell app and link your AIR MILES® collector number under the Programs & Memberships section of the Shell app.
There is no deadline to complete the action to activate your Shell Go+ membership, but your Shell Go+ membership will only begin after downloading the Shell app and linking your AIR MILES® collector number.
I obtained 80 Base Miles in 2022. Does that mean I still qualify for Shell Go+ in 2023 or do I still need to download the Shell app and link my AIR MILES® collector number?

You will need to download the Shell app to retain your Shell Go+ membership. Qualification for the Shell Go+ program has changed, and membership will be available instantly to those who have downloaded the Shell app and linked their AIR MILES® collector number. These changes were made to make it even easier to be a part of Shell Go+ and receive additional benefits.
In addition to your Shell Go+ membership, the Shell app has a variety of benefits including:
- Paying securely at Shell, in the comfort of your vehicle, after adding your preferred payment method
- Reviewing and opting-in to AIR MILES® offers
- Using Cash Miles towards your purchases
- Keeping track with digital receipts
- Finding your nearest Shell station
Does my Shell Go+ membership expire?
Does my Shell Go+ membership expire?
No. As long as you have the Shell app and your AIR MILES® card linked, you will be a Shell Go+ member.
What if I’m not an AIR MILES® Collector?

You can pick up an enrollment card at any Shell location and start collecting immediately (just don’t forget to go on-line and register it) or you can go directly to www.airmiles.ca, to sign up online.

How do I check to make sure I’ve opted into receive e-mails from AIR MILES?
Please visit airmiles.ca and sign into your AIR MILES® account. Click on ‘Your profile’ and choose ‘Update my profile’. Scroll down to ‘Opt-in Settings’ and check to make sure that ‘AIR MILES Emails’ shows as ‘Opted in’. If it doesn’t, simply toggle the button over to the right, to opt in.
