We've got a dedicated team that works for Sureway. We come in and we try to offer a different perspective, and then build a program that meets their needs. We have a technical advisor that works directly with Sureway, when they do have issues.

...they had felt it was more specific to the lubricant. Shell was able to leverage their technical capabilities with their Shell Technology Center and in depth failure analysis. From this report, we were able to go back to the OEM and get the parts covered under warranty, and then also incorporate future design changes that resulted in a reduction of these failures.
